Why would you have Anti Wrinkle Injections?

How often should you have Anti Wrinkle Injections?

Anti wrinkle injections last different lengths of time for different people. On average, anti wrinkle injections last  4-6 months. Following this time, you can have more treatment. It is important that you wait at least 3 months between treatments to ensure that the injections will lead to maximum results 

When to start treatment?
Most patients wanting to have antiwrinkle injections generally start around the age of 30. While research has not proven this, it is thought that having antiwrinkle injections from your mid-twenties can actually prevent wrinkles.  No matter how old or young you are, this treatment can relax the look of wrinkles and even stop them from forming in the first place. 

Do wrinkles come back after Anti Wrinkle Injections?
When people see lines forming after the treatment wears off, they assume treatment made their wrinkles worse. Actually, your face simply returns back to its natural state. No new wrinkles or lines are ever caused by these injections. 

What Anti Wrinkle Injections do we use?

Things to avoid:

The treatment involves administering micro-needle injections into or around the facial muscles to relax the action of the muscles that causes wrinkles. To allow the wrinkle relaxant to perform optimally, it’s best to avoid the following:

• Rubbing or massaging injected area for at least 4 hours after treatment
• Strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
• Wearing tight-fitting headgear that covers the forehead.
• Lying on your front; try to keep upright position for 4 hours after treatment.
• Drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after treatment.
• Applying make-up for at least 24 hours after treatment. Mineral make-up may be applied immediately after treatment. However, you should take extra caution not to use too much pressure around the treated area.

You may need a top up after 14 days, which is included in the price. 

Although results may be seen from the 1st session, top up session if needed is recommended for optimal results.
